Instructions

Step 1
Line a loaf(9x5x3) or 9x9 pan with foil leaving over the edges to be able to lift out easily
Step 2
Grease foil
Step 3
In a sauce pan mix together sugar and peanut butter, milk and corn syrup
Step 4
Bring to a boil over medium heat and stirring constantly for 1 minute
Step 5
Remove from heat and let sit for 45 minutes without stirring.
Step 6
Transfer to stand mixer if using.
Step 7
Mix in vanilla
Step 8
Mix in powder sugar until very stiff
Step 9
Press mix into pan
Step 10
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm
Step 11
Cut and serve
