2skinless chicken breasts
Bread mixture
1 cupbread crumbs
1 handfulparsley
chopped
Parmesan
Black pepper
cover top of bread crumb mixture
Garlic salt
cover half top of bread crumb mixture
Kosher salt
cover top of bread crumb mixture
Onion powder
cover top of bread crumb mixture
Garlic powder
cover half top of bread crumb mixture
1 Cupflour
in plate
2eggs
whisked with a bit of milk in plate
Instructions
Step 1
Cut thin slices of chicken breast
Step 2
Dredge in flour
Step 3
Dip in egg and milk mixture
Step 4
Dip in bread mixture
Step 5
Put on dish
Step 6
Put a decent amount vegetable oil to cover the bottom thin layer of pan
Step 7
Put stove to medium high
Step 8
When you put chicken in, wait until you see it cook half way, use tongs carefully to not splash oil and turn over both sides until crispy brown
Step 9
When done put paper towel in Pyrex to soak oil up and leave there
Step 10
As you cook them, add more oil to pan to keep frying
