Instructions

Step 1
Dice summer sausage
Step 2
Whisk eggs and milk
Step 3
Cube baguette. Add cubes to milk and eggs and let soak for 10 minutes.

Boil water with 2 tsp of salt in large sauce pan
Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp baking powder and flour a little at a time to bread mixture until thick, spatula should be able to stand in mixture.
Step 6
Reduce water to simmer. Dip a metal table spoon in the hot water. Scoop overflowing spoon full of dough roughly shaping into balls with side of bowl, and dip back in water.
Step 7
Simmer for 20 minutes, occasionally dunking the dumplings
