Ingredients

1 x 8 ounceChinese noodles
package, thin
¼ cupvegetable oil
plus 2 teaspoons
12 ouncesground pork
1 tablespoonfresh ginger
minced, peeled
¼ cuplow-sodium chicken broth
1carrot
chopped
¼ cuplow-sodium soy sauce
¼ cuptoasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoonasian chili-garlic sauce
2 teaspoonslight brown sugar
packed
1 cupcherry tomatoes
or grape, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook as the label directs. Drain and toss with 2 teaspoons vegetable oil.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the pork and 2 teaspoons ginger; cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, carrots, and cook, scraping up any browned bits, until the liquid evaporates, about 4 minutes.
Step 5
Add the remaining 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1/4 cup water, the chili-garlic sauce, brown sugar and the remaining 1/4 cup soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon ginger.
Step 6
Add in noodles and tomatoes, and mix. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
