Step 1
1. Slice onions 2. Caramelise onions with butter in a pan over low heat for 20-30 minutes 3. Add garlic & seasonings before adding cream 4. Cook pasta according to instructions 5. Add pasta water to onion sauce and mix well
6. Drain and add pasta to sauce with parmesan
