Instant Pot Creamy Chicken Artichoke Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Start pot of water for pasta and turn instant pot on high sauté mode. Once hot, drizzle olive oil and place diced onion in pot. Cook until translucent about 3 minutes, add minced garlic and let sauté another minute.
Step 2
Turn instant pot off sauté mode. Add chicken breasts, cream of chicken, chicken broth, artichokes, Italian dressing packet and cream cheese. Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add salt and pasta to boiling water, cook to Al dente instructions on package and set aside.
Step 4
Once instant pot is done, release pressure from instant pot and shred chicken. Stir in fresh basil and cooked pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and green onion and serve.
