Instructions

Step 1
Finely dice the tomatoes, onion, and pepper. Mix with chickpeas and masala in large bowl.

Break papadi into smaller pieces if necessary. Line bottom of bowl or plate.

Add chickpea-vegetable mixture on top of papadi. Spoon on enough yoghurt and chutneys to coat everything. Sprinkle with sav.
