Instructions

Step 1
Add 2 or 3 tbs of soy sauce to quinoa before it boils
Step 2
Grate beetroot and carrot, chop cucumber, spinach and parsley. Add crumbled feta cheese, pepper and chili flakes. You can also add black pepper
Step 3
Add 2tbs of olive oil and mix everything together
Step 4
Let quinoa to cool down a bit and add it to mixture
Step 5
Serve the salad with seasoned seaweed on top
