Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.

Add chicken filets and oil to a bowl.

Add oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes and paprika.

Combine to coat chicken. Set aside.

Add chopped broccoli, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cheese, onion, garlic, and olive oil to a bowl or large sheet tray.

Combine to coat.

Roast broccoli mix on large sheet tray for 20-25 minutes until tender.

Meanwhile, heat a large skillet on medium heat.

Cook chicken for 5 minutes on each side until 160F internal temp. (cook in batches if needed)

Let cooked chicken rest while broccoli mix finishes.

Make the white sauce.

To a high walled container (like a mason jar) add yogurt, mayo, roasted garlic (from broccoli mix), feta cheese (crumbled), honey, and lemon juice.

Use a stick (immersion) blender to process into a smooth sauce.

Once cooled enough to touch, chop chicken into bite sized pieces.

Combine broccoli mix, chicken, and sauce.
