These Korean Chicken Nuggets are perfectly crispy and smothered in a spicy-sweet and tangy sauce. My version is made in the air fryer with chicken thighs! Tastier and more juicy than wings!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl add your chicken, soy sauce, pepper and egg. Mix together.

In a large ziplock bag, add in your cornstarch followed by adding in your coated chicken. Shake until all the chicken is evenly coated

Line in a single layer and use a little oil spray. Then air fry for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
While your chicken cooks, on medium heat add your soy sauce, water, ketchup, gochujang, rice wine vinegar, honey and brown sugar.

Bring to simmer and cook until thickened (about 5-10 minutes).
Step 7
Once your sauce has thickened, add in your cooked chicken nuggets and toss in the sauce. Garnish with some scallions and enjoy!
