Ingredients

2 tbpsolive oil
12pork sausages
large
4 slicesstreaky bacon
cut into 2cm slices
3garlic cloves
crushed
1leek
chopped
1carrot
chopped
2celery sticks
chopped
1shallot
chopped
400gtin chopped tomatoes
400gharicot beans
tin, drained
3 sprigsrosemary
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
15gbutter
parsley
chopped
basil pesto
to serve
crusty bread
to serve, optional
Whizz together, until smooth:
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add sausages and cook over medium heat for 10 mins, until browned all over. Set aside on a plate.
Step 2
Add bacon to the pan, fry for 2-3 mins, then add veg & beans, season well and cook for 5 mins more.
Step 3
Return sausages to the pan, along with tomatoes, Worcester sauce, and rosemary. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 mins.
Step 4
Stir in butter and season, then sprinkle with parsley. Divide between plates and serve with a dollop of pesto and crusty bread, if liked.
