Instructions
Step 1
Season beef liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 2
Preheat pan, add 2 tablespoons butter.
Cast Iron Skillet
Step 3
Cook steak until browned on each side. Work in batches, don't overcrowd pan.
Step 4
When all steak has been cooked, de-glaze pan with remaining butter.
Step 5
Toss cooked egg noodles in butter, and allow noodles to slightly golden.
