Instructions
Step 1
Heat a barbecue or grill pan to high heat and grill your steak to perfection (according to your preference). Remove from the heat, cover loosely with foil, and allow to rest for 5 minutes
Step 2
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low, add egg, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes to 2 minutes, until white is cooked through. Cover with a lid and cook for 30 seconds more, or until yolk has set. Remove from heat
Step 3
Place the steak on a plate and dress with Guacamole. Top with the fried egg and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
