Instructions
Step 1
1. When the water is boiled, place the pork bones and keep the bones in there until fully cooked.

2. When pork bone is fully cooked, drain the boiled water and wash the pork bones with cold water
Step 3
3. Fill the pot up with cold water, place the pork bones, half a Daikon, an onion, dried small shrimp, salt and brown sugar into the pot.
Step 4
4. Wait until the water is boiled and leave it on a simmer for an hour and a half
