Instructions

Prep Peppers

Boil Peppers Till Soften

Remove seeds and stems

Mulicfy Peppers with 1 cup of Juice from boil

put in Pot and boil for 1 hour with 2 gal of tap water

Drain meat and then add DI water (try to clean fat off to get rid of gamey taste

Boil for 2 hours in DI water with a Tbs salt 2 Bay Leafs

Rinse and clean Pig feet add to pot after 2 hours of boiling

Add Mulcified Pepper Mix

Boil Until Tripe is not Chewey
