Bold Salmon Patties

Instructions

Step 1
Add salmon, corn meal, and flour into a mixing bowl. Stir. Add onion, egg, lemon squirt, hot sauce splat, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Step 2
Heat oil in frying pan. Scoop up approximately three heaping tablespoons of the salmon mixture. Flatten into a circular shape in the palm of your hand. Place into pan. Repeat this process until mixture is gone. When the bottom of the patties turn a golden brown, flip, and fry the other sides.
Step 3
When both sides are golden brown, place them on a plate lined with a paper towel. Once the paper towel soaks up any excess oil, garnish with parsley. Serve.
