Instructions
Step 1
Add every ingredient to a large pot and turn the heat to medium-high. I like to slice the pepperoni's in to fourths, and make sure to finely shred fresh parmigiano Reggiano for best results.
Step 2
Once the mixture begins to bubble, reduce the heat to 3/10, place a lid on top of the pot, and set a timer for 20 minutes. Remove the lid every ~3 minutes to stir the mixture.
Step 3
Remove the lid and let the mixture sit for approximately 5-10 minutes until fully thickened.
