Step 1
Thinly slice garlic, onion, bacon, and kimchi.
Step 2
Boil water with 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Cook pasta 11 minutes for rigatoni; follow package instructions for other types.
Step 3
In a pan, heat generous amounts of avocado or olive oil. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add sliced onion, bacon, and kimchi, stir-fry well. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Step 4
After 11 minutes, drain pasta and add to the pan without rinsing. Add 3 tablespoons of pasta sauce. Season with a little of salt, pepper, herbs, and cheese. Mix well. Delicious kimchi pasta is done!
