Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, blend the burrata cheese with olive oil and a pinch of salt until smooth. Transfer the cream to a bowl and refrigerate while preparing the rest of the dish.
Step 2
Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the halved cherry tomatoes with a pinch of salt for 3–4 minutes. Add the pine nuts and a few fresh basil leaves, stirring gently to combine.
Step 3
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions (typically 8–10 minutes).
Step 4
When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, and basil. Mix well to coat the pasta in the flavors of the sauce.
Step 5
Serve the pasta on a plate or bowl, then add a generous dollop of the chilled burrata cream on top. Garnish with a few fresh basil leaves for a fragrant finish.
