Step 1
Unroll the ready rolled puff pastry, cut into 4 rectangles, put onto a baking tray lined with baking paper cook either in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 until golden brown, remove from oven and set aside until needed
Add olive oil to pan with finely chopped onion, sliced mushroom and sliced leeks cook until soft with a caramelised brown colour
Using the boiling water make up the stock
Add stock, cooked chicken, ham and stir well for 5 minutes
Turn down the heat and add the soft cheese, salt & pepper mix gently and well until all combined
Cook for about 5 minutes on a low heat
Serve the mixture with the pastry rectangle on top
