Instructions
Step 1
To a large bowl, add flour, whey, sweetener, bicarb soda, hot chocolate powder and mix until well combined.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add to the dry mixture. Then add yogurt, almond milk, and sweetener drops. Mix well until a brownie batter consistency is formed. *I used an electric whisk but you could also use a blender/nutribullet
Step 3
Spray an oven-safe dish with fry lite and then pour half the brownie mixture into this dish.
Step 4
Add the biscuits on top of this layer and then pour the remaining mixture on top.
Step 5
Cook for 25 mins at 180c,
Step 6
Allow to cool before slicing
