Step 1
Cut the bagel in half and spray it with garlic frylite.
Step 2
Add tomato puree to each side and spread it around.
Step 3
Top each side with an equal amount of cheese and then the chopped bacon medallion.
Step 4
Pop it in the oven at 180c for 10 mins until the cheese is melted, the medallion is cooked and it is golden brown.
