Instructions

Step 1
Place water, cinnamon and fennel seeds in a sauce pot. bring to a boil then reduce heat and cover. let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Turn to medium heat, add milk to the sauce pot, let it heat up then add looseleaf tea. Stir often until the tea begins to boil.
Step 3
Split your cardamom pods and add them to the tea
Step 4
Let the tea boil all the way up three times, each time it boils (and almost spills over) take it off the heat for a second or stir to make it go down. once it has boiled up 3 times it's ready.
Step 5
Strain it and enjoy hot! (add sugar to taste once its ready)
