Spicy Tomato Salsa (Vegan)
1 step
Prep:10min
This tasty dip has a very low energy density and contains no added sugar or salt. As well as its low energy density the capsicum in the chilli may help to reduce your hunger too. It's a great accompaniment to raw dipping vegetables such as carrots and celery and if the ingredients are finely chopped and mixed instead of blended, this salsa can be served on toasted wholemeal or sourdough bread as bruschetta. For less of a kick, reduce the amount of chilli!
