Ingredients

300gprotein Pasta
I used vetta protein
10gbutter
or lite nuttelex
1brown onion
diced
1 cupPassata
1 tspdried oregano
½ tspItalian herbs
garlic powder
salt
½ cupchicken stock
or a stock pot + water
½ cupmilk
I use lite 2%)
120glight cream cheese
1 cupcheese
grated

Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil & cook pasta till Al dente.
Step 2
In a large pan melt butter over medium heat. Add the onions & cook for 5+ mins. Add a splash of water if needed. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
Step 3
Add Passata, stock (if using a stock pot, add it straight to the pan with 1/2 cup water), seasonings & simmer for a few minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add cream cheese & milk and mix. Simmer for a further 5+ minutes until melted and well combined. Then stir in the cheese.
Step 5
Once the cheese has melted through the sauce, add the drained pasta. Mix together and optionally garnish.
Step 6
Add with cooked chicken, protein or have by its delicious self
