Peach Cobbler
Before summer comes to an end you have to make this peach cobbler, it’s super easy to make and it tastes amazing.

Ingredients

6Peaches
cored and large diced
1 stickunsalted butter
diced
¼ cupbrown sugar
⅓ cupgranulated sugar
½ tablespooncinnamon
¼ teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Step 2
2. Add the diced peaches to a baking dish. Then add in the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt and toss everything together really well.
Step 3
3. Bake for 15 minutes, while you work on the batter.
Step 4
4. For the batter- in a large bowl mix together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, vanilla extract and milk. Whisk until smooth.
Step 5
5. Take the peaches out of the oven and pour the batter on top. Take a knife and swirl the batter but do not stir.
Step 6
6. Place back into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is just set and the edges begin to golden.
Step 7
7. Serve the cobbler warm or at room temp with ice cream and enjoy!
