Instructions

Step 1
Roll out the dough and cut it along the markings.
Step 2
Place approx. 1/2 tbsp pistachio cream on a triangle of dough and spread it out.
Step 3
Pick 3-4 raspberries apart and place them on top of the pistachio cream.
Step 4
Roll up the dough lengthwise.
Step 5
Do the same with the remaining croissant dough
Step 6
Place the croissants on a baking tray.
Step 7
Whisk the egg in a small bowl. Then brush the croissants with it.
Step 8
Bake the croissants in a preheated oven according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 9
Leave the croissants to cool for approx. 10 mins.
Step 10
Then sprinkle the powdered sugar over the croissants.
Step 11
Melt some of the pistachio cream and drizzle it over the croissants.
