2 cupsall purpose flour
2 Tbspsugar
½ tspsalt
2 tspbaking powder
2 cupmilk

Instructions
Bacon
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
Step 2
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Lay the bacon slices on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Cook the bacon for 15 to 20 minutes or until it’s as crispy as you’d like.
Step 5
Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Pancakes (should make 12 total)

Pre-heat griddle to medium heat.
Step 7
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl

Mix wet ingredients (milk, egg, vegetable oil, vanilla extract) together in a medium bowl.
Step 9
Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until a batter forms and all of the dry ingredients have been mixed in. The batter may still have lumps.
Step 10
Pour 1/4 cup scoops of batter onto the griddle forming 3" diameter pancakes. You can get 6-8 on a standard electric griddle at one time.
Step 11
Cook until bubbles form on the top of the pancakes and the top begin to lose it's shine (about 3-5 minutes) then flip the pancakes and cook for a couple more minutes.
Step 12
Transfer the pancakes to a serving plate and repeat from step 4 until all of the batter is used up.

Prepare eggs in preferred method. (Scrambled, Fried, etc)

Each person gets 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, and 2 pancakes.
