Paleo & Gluten Free Honey Garlic Meatballs

This easy crock pot meatball recipe is great for Weeknight dinner or game day.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix sauce packet with broth in crock pot and turn on low.
Step 2
Cube bread and place in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Beat 2 eggs and combine with bread.
Step 4
Smash together until fully combined and formed into a paste. Set aside.
Step 5
In a small bowl, beat remaining 2 eggs together.
Step 6
In a large bowl, mix meat, basil, beaten eggs, garlic, onion, tamari, salt and pepper. Add the egg soaked bread and mix together until we'll combined.
Step 7
Roll into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Step 8
Place meatballs in crock pot and allow to cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stirring occasionally.
