Instructions
Step 1
Add the chia, linseeds and water to a large bowl and mix well then leave for 10 mins to thicken.
Step 2
Add rest of ingredients, mix well.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan) then press mixture down into a large lined baking tray and score with a knife.
Step 4
Bake for 50 mins. Allow to cool until hard and then break into crackers.
Step 5
They will keep for about a week in a sealed container
