Step 1
To make dressing: Whisk orange peel, orange juice, vinegar, oil and tarragon.
Step 2
To assemble salad: Combine spinach, lettuce, cabbage, oranges and onions. Add crabmeat and gently toss until combined. Pour dressing over spinach mixture and gently toss until coated.
