For Sauce:

Step 1
Wash, peel and cut potatoes into equal sizes
Step 2
Boil until fork tender and place into a greased casserole dish
Step 3
Add sauce ingredients into separate bowl and mix until combined
Step 4
Pour sauce over potatoes and stir until all the potatoes are covered
Step 5
Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake at 350° for 35 minutes
