Step 1
"In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Pour in yogurt, eggs, and tbsp water. Mix slowly and carefully as it'll be sticky. Cover and let sit

Put chopped potatoes in pot and cover with water. Add a bit of salt. Cover and bring to boil on medium high. Remove lid and cook until tender.

Drain and add cheese, salt and pepper. Mash that shit up.
Step 4
Flour the counter liberally and then place half the dough on the table, other half covered. Roll to 1/4in thick and punch out 3-4in circles.
Step 5
Drop about 1 tbsp of filling in the center. Fold and press, binding edges with fork squish. Repeat until you have an ungodly amount of perogies.
Step 6
Once done, boil about 12 at a time in a large pot of water. They'll rise to the top when done (about 1 min)."
