Macros: 27g protein, 19g carbs, 6g fat Here's the recipe: 1 egg 226g lowfat cottage cheese 150g Oikos Pro Vanilla greek yogurt 70g canned pumpkin 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 20g maple syrup Blend and pour into two- 10oz ramekins Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes til set. Refrigerate to cool for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
