Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325F.
Step 2
Place cottage cheese, yogurt, pumpkin, flour, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and spice into a food processor while the motor is running. (Do this through the feed tube, allowing time for each ingredient to combine before adding the next.)
Step 3
Process until smooth, then pour the mixture into the crust, using a rubber spatula to spread it evenly.
Step 4
Place the pie in the middle of the oven and bake for about 50 minutes.
Step 5
Let it cool before serving. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
