Instructions
Step 1
Prep your veg by slicing up the red onion and peeling your garlic cloves.
Step 2
Grab a baking tray and then add in your sliced red onion, your cherry tomatoes and your whole garlic.
Step 3
Make a space in the middle and place in the whole block of Boursin cheese.
Step 4
Drizzle over the olive oil and then sprinkle the seasoning over everything.
Step 5
Give it a mix with your hands and then place into the oven at fan 180°C for 30 mins.
Step 6
Whilst that’s baking, cook your pasta in salted water for around 8 mins and then drain and reserve some of the pasta water.
Step 7
Take the tray out of the oven and squish all of the tomatoes and garlic with a fork or spatula and mix into the baked cheese.
Step 8
Pour in the reserved pasta water and give everything a mix together before pouring in the drained pasta.
Step 9
Serve into equal portions.
