This is an amalgamation of recipes from Big Man's World and Wholesome Yum websites. That i have tweaked to fit my needs. The oil is optional, and is only there for added fat. Originally I did not have the lokanto in the recipe, but as I like a little coffee in my Creamer, I found this to be a great fix.

Step 1
1. In a saucepan on low-medium heat, melt add the coconut milk and stir until it is a smooth texture.
Step 2
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until the cream is simmering (lightly bubbling).
Step 3
3. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 4
4. Remove from heat, cover and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Step 5
5. Check to ensure the mixture has not separated, stir, and replace the cover. Continue to let it rest until it reaches room temperature. Store in the fridge up to 7 days.
