2 Tbspbutter
1 heaping tablespoonbaking powder
1 cupunbleached wheat flour

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan or line with foil
Step 2
Mash and mix bananas, sugar, egg, and butter in a bowl.
Step 3
Mix flour and baking powder together in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Stir dry mixture into wet mixture until it's all mixed, don't overmix
Step 5
Stir in salt (optional), pour into pan. Bake 45min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
