Air Fryer Cheese Stuffed Olives

A dish of air fryer olives is the perfect appetizer for holiday parties or wine and cheese gatherings. Make this quick easy recipe in an air fryer. You can optionally stuff your own olives with your favorite cheese or use a jar with stuffed olives instead (which was what I did).

Ingredients
4 servings
1 cupall purpose flour
2 cupspanko breadcrumbs
½ cupgrated parmesan
2Eggs
large, beaten
1 jarOlives
stuffed with cheese
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 tsppaprika
1 tspchili powder
1 tspgarlic powder
Honey Dijon Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Take out 3 bowls. Crack the eggs into the first. Whisk with a fork. In the second bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika and garlic powder. Add Panko crumbs to the third bowl.
Step 2
Drain off the liquid from the olives and pat dry. Toss them in flour. Dip them in the beaten egg and coat them well! Then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. As you work, place the battered olives on a plate in a single layer.
Step 3
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Step 4
Transfer olives in a single layer to your air fryer. Spritz with some olive oil and air fry for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Step 5
To make the dipping sauce, mix all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy with the fried olives while warm!
