Shred 3 crabsticks with your fingers or with a fork. Set aside.

Then, dice up 2 thin strips of carrots.

Then crack 1 egg into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Whisk.

Heat up your pan and lightly drizzle with oil. Pour the egg mixture and turn to low heat. Cook until 70% and then start smashing with a spatula to create small egg crumbles.

Next, get 200g of cooked sticky white rice and add in your eggs, crabsticks, carrots, 1.5 Tbsp of mayonnaise and 1 Tbsp of soy sauce. Mix together with gloves.
