Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 450 degrees
Step 2
In a large bowl place your water , yeast , flour , salt and seasonings . Give it a gentle mix until a shaggy dough ball forms

Now add your cheese . Using your hands is the easier for combining everything together
Step 4
Remove the dough from the bowl . Grease your bowl ( I use olive oil ) then place your dough back in . Cover and place into a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours to double in size
Step 5
Dump your dough onto a sheet of parchment paper and gently shape it .
Step 6
Place your dough with parchment paper into your Dutch oven and bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes . Remove the lid and continue to make for 5-10 minutes . The top will become golden brown
Step 7
Remove from your Dutch oven and let cool before slicing
