Take tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls this should make 20 . Place three blanched almonds in the top of each one then add a little water to the egg yolk from earlier and mix it together . Brush the egg wash all over the tops and bake at 175 c 350 f for 15-18 minutes or until golden
