Instructions

Step 1
Prep: prehest oven to 300 degrees. Cut carrots and potatoes into desired sizes. Whisk Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, and seasonings together and set aside. De-skin garlic cloves and set aside.
Step 2
Heat Dutch over on stove top to medium/high heat. Drizzle vegetable oil in the pan and sear the roast on all sizes (about 2-3 minutes per side). Then set aside.
Step 3
Insert whole garlic cloves into the crevices of the roast.
Step 4
Pour seasonings mixture and beef broth over top until covered.
Step 5
Put in oven with lid for 1.5 hours.
Step 6
After 1.5 hours, add carrots and potatoes around roast and cook for another 2 hours
