Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, mix flour with icing sugar, very cold butter, the eggs and a pinch of salt and mix for 30 seconds or until you form a dough.
Step 2
Cut 2 pieces or 80g out of the dough and mix one of them with some cocoa powder.
Step 3
Now, divide your new dark dough in half and mix one half with the remaining 80g of white dough.
Step 4
You should now have 3 different doughs!
Step 5
Roll out the main dough into a thin sheet (3mm) and decorate it with the two darker doughs to create the spots of the leopard.
Step 6
Place some parchment paper on top of your sheet and roll it out gently.
Step 7
Could do with some cookie cutters and bake for 10-12 minutes (170C/340F) or until golden. Buon appetito!
