Step 1
1 serving makes about 4 burgers.
Step 2
Mix the tuna in a bowl with the following 7 ingredients. (yes the cheese goes inside the burger. Ithelps hold it together.)
Step 3
Form into patties and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Refrigerate for a half hour
Step 5
Sear burgers for about 3 minuteson each side. 100 degree minimum tempin middlebut more makes them more like a regular burger. 100 the middle is raw like usual tuna is eaten.
Step 6
Toast buns and eat.
