Cheese and Broccoli Tartlets

This is my favourite hack for when I have lots of guests over as it’s a great finger food recipe or even for breakfast or brunch . It’s easy it’s cheesy and it’s ready in under 20 minutes .

Step 1
Roll out puff pastry and divide into 24 squares then grease a 24 hole mini muffin tray ( greased the top too) and push each square into the holes

Step 2
Add eggs to a bowl then add salt and pepper to taste garlic powder and beat . Add the broccoli and cheese then stir to combine .

Step 3
Spoon the mixture into each one then bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 f fan setting / 400 f or until golden and puffed up . Serve and enjoy .
