Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice.
Step 2
Julienne carrots, then saute with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 3
Cut radish into small strips. Set aside.
Step 4
Cook and cut sausages into strips. Set aside.
Step 5
Scramble egg, add to pan with a drop of vinegar. Cook as omelet. Cut into strips. Set aside.
Step 6
Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic to pan and reduce slightly.
Step 7
Saute fish cakes cut into strips in mixture. Set aside.
Step 8
In the same pan with sauce saute the cooked sausages. Set aside.
Step 9
To cooked rice, add salt, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix.
Step 10
Layer ingredients and roll. Cover outside with sesame oil lightly. Cut into pieces.
