Step 1
Add all ingredients to a bowl and bring together, you may find it a bit crumbly. Add tiny more milk if the dough really isn't sticking. Lightly oil the work top and place the contents of the bowl onto the oiled surface. Kneed the dough for 5-10 minutes. Section the dough off into equal parts and roll out into the required shape. Oil each side of the breads. Lightly oil pan over a medium and cook each flatbread until brown on each side. Finish them off in a medium heat oven/air fryer for 10 minutes to ensure they are cooked through.
If you don't have a rolling pin, you can flatten and shape with your hands. I make mine very quickly so they are very rustic looking.
