Recipe Instructions 1. Prepare the Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and set the skins aside if you'd like to use them later. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. 2. Cook the Potatoes: Boil the potato cubes in water with vegetable spices until tender. 3. Cook the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and boil them in a separate pot until cooked through. 4. Prepare the Vegetables: Chop the onions, baby marrows, and tomatoes. 5. Cook the Vegetable Mixture: Heat a frying pan and cook the onions, tomatoes, and baby marrows until softened. 6. Season and Flavor: Add garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste, stirring to combine. 7. Add the Bacon: Dice the bacon and add it to the tomato mixture in the frying pan. Cook until the bacon is lightly browned. 8. Combine with Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, add it to the frying pan with the tomato mixture. Stir well to coat the chicken in the flavorful mixture. 9. Combine with Potatoes: Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and add them to the frying pan. Stir gently to mix everything together. 10. Add Cheeses: Sprinkle feta cheese over the mixture. Grate white cheddar on top. 11. Optional Step: For a richer flavor, transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted or golden. Serve hot and enjoy!
