Step 1
Slice shallots then fry in butter for 5 minutes on medium high heat

Grease a mini muffin tray all over and on top then divide puff pastry into 24 and push pastry into each muffin hole .
Step 3
Add chunks of Brie to each one then top with the fried shallots and add some pepper . Bake at 200 c /400 f fan setting for 12 minutes in a preheated oven .

Step 4
Drizzle the warm tartlets with honey then put on a plate and add a little sprig of dill to each one . Enjoy .
